CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK with CARSON CARBERRY

 Tues 10th September/Tues 24th September/Tues 8th October/Tues 22nd October/Tues 12th November/Tues 26th November/Tues 10th December

6.30pm - 8pm

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful active healing technique that allows us to explore altered states of consciousness. It allows us to re-connect to our body, our feelings, our memories, our higher self for integration, self-development, and inner work. This can result in releasing feelings and emotions, like stress and trauma, along with granting clarity and perspective on what's going on in our lives. It is also a powerful way to come together and heal collectively while finding new strength and purpose.

The session will be guided and carefully supported by me, Carson. I am a certified Breathwork Facilitator. I have trained with Alchemy of Breath, Breathwork Bali and Breathing Cold. And have many years of experience of offering Breathwork circles. This class is around 90 minutes and includes an introduction, a 55 minute breathwork to music and some space for connection.Looking forward to breathing with you

SPIRIT DANCE WITH NATASHA QUINN

Thurs 19th September/Thurs October 24th/Thurs 28th November

7pm - 9pm

£15

Spirit dance is a shamanic journey which leads to free flow movement whilst journeying with the drum beat moving into dance. It is a safe sacred space to listen to the inner voice, feel into the heart, ask for healing, guidance and express our own truth through self expression bringing it to light so we can see it more clearly, celebrate our uniqueness.

The beat of the drum creates a monotonous tone which slows down the brain waves bringing the brain into a theta state, this is where we can access other realms and meet our spirit guides.

The session includes a sharing circle – shamanic journey – gentle yoga stretches – free flow dance – guided relaxation and earth oracle cards. Wear loose comfortable clothing according to weather n the day, bring a blanket and something to lie on and a bottle of water.

Percussion welcome – rattles – tambourines, looking forward to welcoming you in circle. ESSENTIAL TO BOOK WITH NATASHA - Tasha@kalmkarma.com
