Taiji Qigong

Relax the body and calm the mind with experienced instructor Melanie French

Learn graceful, meditative, energy enhancing movement, co-ordinated with the natural flow and rhythm of the breath, rejuvenating health and vitality. Ideally suited for all ages and levels of fitness. £8 per class - essential to book with Melanie - m.s.french00@btinternet.com

Wednesday 6.30pm - 7.45pm

Natasha Quinn brings her extensive, global experience of yoga and meditation. She teaches a hatha style practice combining flowing sequences with deep restorative postures, meditation, pranayama, mudra and mantra. Her classes vary from week to week and usually include a theme, working with the seasons, elements, lunar cycle, yoga philosophy, chakras and often teachings which have inspired her journey towards finding inner peace.
